1. Check furnace operation

2. Check/clean safety controls & wiring

3. Clean and adjust burners

4. Check for gas leaks in furnace

5. Lubricate as required

6. Check blower assembly

7. Check condensate line as required

8. Visually inspect flue, vent and cap

9. Wash/replace standard filters as required

10. Check temperature rise

11. Check heat exchanger for cracks or defects

12. Check thermostat operation/program

13. Inspect duct work and check air flow

14. Check for carbon monoxide leaks

15. Check operation of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
