2. Check voltage/amperage

3. Check all wiring and connections

5. Check capacitor and relay

7. Wash/replace standard filters as required

8. Check blower assembly & lube as required

9. Inspect duct work and check air flow

10. Check condensate line

11. Check refrigerant change/pressure

12. Check temperature splits

13. Check for signs of leaks

14. Check thermostat operation/program

15. Replace AA/AAA batteries as required

Opening Evaporative Cooler Maintenance

1. Clean and fill pan

2. Oil motor and bearings

3. Check pump, float & electrical

4. Adjust belt tensions

5. Check/clean water distributors

6. Change pads

7. Open registers (if needed)

8. Check air flow
